• Size Concerns: Prior to making a purchase, consult the product(s) size charts located on each products page to ensure the perfect fit. If you have any doubts or queries regarding sizing, feel free to reach out to us for assistance. ILL MINDSETS is not responsible for sizing issues once an order has been placed.

• Defective or Incorrect Items: In the unfortunate event that you receive a defective product or an item different from what you ordered, please notify us within 14 days of the delivery date, We will assess the situation and, if applicable, provide a replacement or refund at our discretion.
