Shipping policy

Delivery Timeframe: Please allow 1-5 weeks for your product to arrive. We understand the anticipation of receiving your order, and we do our utmost to expedite the shipping process. For updates on shipping statuses, including any potential delays, please refer to our Instagram page where we regularly post shipping updates.

Order Processing: Once an order has been processed, it cannot be modified or canceled. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Return to Sender: In the event that your order is returned to sender for any reason, we regret that we cannot accept responsibility. If you require the package to be reshipped, you will need to purchase a new shipping label and provide it to us via email (illmindsets@gmail.com) or through our Discord server.

International Shipping: International customers may be subject to duties and fees imposed by customs authorities, which are beyond our control. We are unable to cover these fees and cannot determine them in advance. 

Lost or Stolen Packages: We are not liable for any packages that are lost or stolen during shipment. Once a package has been scanned by the postal provider, it falls under their jurisdiction, and we relinquish responsibility.

Undelivered Packages: If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please open an investigation with your carrier. We recommend reaching out to them promptly to resolve any delivery issues.
